PROJECT

Aiming to replace labor-intensive, manually-executed product trial programs built around physical tokens/tickets, Red Bull’s US-based on-premise marketing tasked objectstudio with creating a platform to fully digitize their program. The platform needed to be simple to set up and convenient to execute, provide controlled distribution while offering a seamless consumer experience, offer rich tracking of campaign metrics, and facilitate a simple reconciliation process with their venue partners

The mobile-first solution objectstudio created delivered on all these points. Leveraging a unique device tracking technology, the solution was able to control Red Bull can distribution without requiring consumers to share personal data or create logins - creating a truly frictionless journey and avoiding common data sharing objections frequently voiced by consumers related to promotional offerings.

The solution was so successful in the US market, that it was adopted by Red Bull’s global operation and is now used in over 30 countries and in more than 20 languages.
